Tirzah (Teer-tzah) Goldenberg was raised among sycamore trees and rabbinic laws in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. She received a BA in English from the University of Exeter in England and an MFA in Creative Writing from Colorado State University. She is the author of Aleph (Verge Books, 2017) and the chapbook of dedications for (Oxeye Press, 2020). Her next collection, Like an Olive, is forthcoming from Verge Books in 2021, and her collaboration with Norman Finkelstein, Thirty-Six / Two Lives: A Poetic Dialogue, will be published by Dos Madres Press in 2022. She lives by the sea with her husband Rico & their cat Fennel.
