Tirzah (Teer-tzah) Goldenberg was raised among sycamore trees and rabbinic laws in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. She received a BA in English from the University of Exeter in England and an MFA in Creative Writing from Colorado State University. She is the author of Aleph (Verge Books, 2017) and the chapbook of dedications for (Oxeye Press, 2020). Two books are forthcoming: A collaboration with Norman Finkelstein, Thirty-Six / Two Lives: A Poetic Dialogue (Dos Madres Press, 2021) and Like an Olive, which includes poetry, prose, and a weaving of ancestral voices (Verge Books, 2021/2022). Tirzah lives by the sea with her husband Rico & their cat Fennel.
